It seems sureal ! After being allocated the 8th place in the finals on Saturday at the national finals, the team were content, we had reached our goal.
Karan raced; low and focused his team were thrilled with his run and we were packing the car away ready to go home when the final placing announcements were made.

Last week was all a bit of a blur with photo shoots and interviews.
This week we are facing the reality of looking foward and planning for the next HUGE challenge - racing in Akron Ohio on the 25th of July against 600 other competitors.
With Kiwi ingenuity, passion and expertise we know we are up to the challenge.
But it also takes money to get there. So that is our present challenge.
On Thursday this week we are meeting to confirm the team who are travelling, setting some goals for fundraising and talking about who, where, why and how.
